My journey to get ripped abs
My story to get ripped abs may be a little different from the norm. When I was younger I used to be a guy with a really small frame. I always got teased for been the skinny guy. A few regular jokes I heard were; “please don’t turn sideways before you disappear” or my personal favorite; “someone please hold on to John, seems like the wind is picking up and we can’t have him up and float away.” Those were good times, NOT.
Whenever my friends and I went swimming I would always be the guy with his t-shirt on. I didn’t know how to get ripped abs like the ones some of my friends had so I was in no way going to put my ab-less abdominals on display. I was constantly getting shut down by girls because of my body. All the guys with the ripped abs had to do was take off their shirts at a pick-up basketball game and the girls there would be at full attention.
My struggle to get ripped abs
I finally got sick of it so I decided to learn how to get ripped abs. In the beginning of my journey I tried everything. I went to the gym three times a week, did all kinds of crazy ab exercises and even started taking protein shakes, but nothing seemed to get ripped abs on my midsection. That was until I stumbled across Mike Geary’s “Truth About Abs” guide.

In Mike’s ebook I discovered the way to keep my metabolism cranked all day long and how to get ripped abs without the expense of a gym membership. I’m so thankful for the all the money I was able to save doing this. I also discovered a secret fat burning technique that burns three times the fat in half the time and a little known weapon that Mike has tested and proven to increase fat burning by over 300% to get ripped abs sooner. My heavier buddies owed me big after they also began seeing results after I revealed those tricks from the guide to them.
One setback I experienced while using Mike’s guide was the fact that he wasn’t there in the room with me while I was doing some of those more complicated exercises.
